FPS Drops after the 0.31 update

In maps like WCUSA, with maximum amount of ai vehicles and high preset graphical settings, i was getting around 70 fps at 0.30. but now, while all settings are the same, im getting just around 40 to 50 frames. are there anybody experiencing these kind of fps drops after the 0.31 update?

 

I haven't noticed any performance issues with 0.31. What are your specs? Also, have you done anything to your PC after updating the game to 0.31? (Component upgrade, new software, etc)

 

I am also experiencing low framerates in West Coast map after 0.31 update, with and without traffic but it's far worse with traffic where i struggle to get around 40 fps, before i was getting mostly 60 fps. Other maps seems to be fine.
