Yes, I did. It says [your car] virus, (that you also used in another post in this thread: “Guys, I got Corolla virus “)which I’m guessing is another word for the lockdown virus? I’m getting better, shouldn’t be something serious, it’s probably just a simple sickness, I should be able to do the usual stuff from tomorrow. OT: No school for tomorrow!
So if I wanted to make a mod could I use the body 3d model of a Forza car? Would it be illegal to use them as public mods? Would it be a bad choice using them?
As far as I know you can't put it on the repository or make it paid, however you can put it on the forums but if the maker of the 3d model/manufacturer of the car STILL doesn't like it they may still issue a request to take it down. Forza models aren't that bad, some mods here use models from Horizon 5/Motorsport 4 in their mods (one even used a car model from Motorsport 7 (the Ferrari Enzo)) but they are only allowed on the forums. You can't use IRL brands on the repo for copyright reasons and you can't make them paid because that falls under "commercial use"
So what you’re saying is that it’s not a bad choice and it’s okay to do unless maker doesn’t want it here
Forza models? I was going to suggest GameModels.ru but upon searching for it... It appears... something... has, uhh... happened to it. It says they will be running a closed beta of a new 3.0 (presumably) but the search predictions and some results on Google tell me a different story... Does anyone know what happened to GameModels? It was up and fine last year (I think at least June 2023).
