i think my beamng is broken

so yesterday i tried to open after updating but gave me an error. it asked me if I wanted to migrate so I clicked no. i moved files around to get space then clicked yes. but it reset all my mods settings and configs. so I come back to it today, and its trying to update when steam says no update? idk if its 0.31.1, but the steam banner is also the old one

you should have clicked yes, i think you moved something you weren't supposed to move so now its broken

 

I clicked no at first but then yes. Well it already happened there’s no going back
