give me some free time, geez. --- Post updated --- Here are the badges i wanted to show before but i just forgot to do it. Not a big deal anyway. You might spot some new ones for Ibishu, so i'll try to explain what they're going to be. Diesel badge - Equipped with configurations with diesel engines (either a 1.6L I4 British-built diesel, or 2.0L Diesel, also built by brits) SX - Basic sports model which includes sporty suspension, spoiler, and sporty wheels with sport tyres. GT - Lower rank than GTz. Includes a 2.0L DOHC I4 engine, spoiler from SX, and some GT exclusive parts. For existing ones (in case you want to know more): DX - Basic model as it is, comes with either petrol or diesel engines, For pre-facelift, it'll use a 1.6L SOHC engine, while a facelift will use a much better 1.8L SOHC. LX - High-end model, also comes with petrol and diesel. Pre-facelift gets equipped with 1.8L SOHC, while facelift gets a 2.0L SOHC. GTz - Higher-end sports model, comes with 280 HP 2.3L DOHC engine that revs up to 9000 RPM, it also comes with dual exhausts, white gauge clusters, and two GTz badges, one on the grille, and another on the trunk. Top speed is around 250 KMH or around 155 MPH. The font by the way is the same one used by Mazda cars for "Mazda" badge since 1970s up until 2017 - 2019. It was the only font i could've used that looked good enough even for a car like that.
They look great! By the way, will GTz have some red accents on parts? Just thought I’d ask since a lot of companies do that.
most likely not, Honda doesn't do it with old Type Rs most of the time that GTz is based on, and vanilla MK2 Pessima is just white.
GTz engine comes with turbo? cause 2.3 Liter engine with 280HP is quite a lot for NA engine (Honda's S2000 F20C has 120HP from liter and this engine has about 121HP per liter) but Honda is a sports coupé and this car is a sports sedan. Even with turbo and this power this car is pretty hardcore for early 2000s Maybe make some model prepared from factory to racing using this engine, or some very limited edition of GTz
Also 9000rpm from a 2.3l inline 4 is a bit ridiculous. The 2l F20C had the rev limiter set at 9000 but the 2.2l F22C "only" revved to 8200rpm because of it's longer stroke.
I have changed the specs for the 2.3L GTz engine to slightly lower ones, now it has 8500 RPM and only 255 HP. The same engine with no GTz toys has only 177 HP. It's a sport engine anyways, i don't plan to put it in normal trims. It's still quicker than vanilla V6 GTz. And it doesn't wheelspins as much as V6 does on full throttle. It's still fun to drive even if the specs are lowered, you can modify it anyways if you want more.
Working on bringing skin support to it (and yes i had to replace the vanilla one because lots of stuff doesn't fits anymore) and i made the first skin for it, inspired by this: Now i would love to say one thing about skin support, it's bit wacky, but the only excuse for this is that it's my first time i'm making a skin UV for the first time. But, even with small issues in some places, most stuff you could recreate is possible, as demonstrated with the skin i just showcased. The template will be included in mod's files, but i'll also include an image on repository as well when it'll be released.
dc2r? ek9r? accord euro r? ep2/3r? i mean the interior was either black with red door card trim and seats, door handles were either black or light grey (silver-ish essentially) they didnt do it on SiR and SiR-T models, but they did on the type R
Nearly died reading the start, but it really doesn't matter much if it's entirely fictional with some inspirations from real life. I'm not exactly trying to replicate what Honda has done with Type Rs in real life, i'm doing it to fit in with Ibishu GTz configs and what those have to offer. I'm not even a Type R fan to begin with, so i just use the stuff present in the game and try to fill it in with this mod. Exterior though is mostly inspired by the Type R.
lol my bad about the start, and i understand as you're the one putting in the hours after all, looks good so far though. I do have one more question though, will you be adding i-VTEC (or just V-TEC) technology in the custom engines? if so, will there be a change in the engine sounds when the intake runners and vtec kicks in?
Sadly, i won't be able add VTEC, it's enough of a mess to replicate. And i know about KLJP's SR-TEC (V-TEC) but i don't want to ask them to borrow the code for something that looks like something like a kindergarten mod for them.
I know this might be a strange question but do you intend to make a rear foglight for this pessima if so it could be something like this picture
