Did you put the right files inside of the mod folder? If you go to your Documents/BeamNG.drive/levels/garfieldheights - move those files inside of the Garfield Heights ZIP file. Any terrain you edit goes into the levels folder in your Documents otherwise nothing changes for everybody else except you.

I think the file was lost and can't be downloaded currently. Please take the time to check older posts on the thread.
