Vehicle Specific Keybinds effecting base game vehicles

Not sure what changed for this to start happening, but ever since the update any vehicle specific keybinds from mods also effect the base game vehicles too. in this instance the monster trucks rear steering will also bind to the base games steering when it worked perfectly fine being bound and staying separate before.

 

on a somewhat related note, will be a hotfix to fix some chrome parts on mods that still use the old materials format? or will the mod need to be updated to use the new material format? chrome parts that worked before are now displaying as white on some of the monster trucks. in this example picture the grille is supposed to be chrome not white.
