Screenshot glitch? (vulkan renderer)

I was using the vulkan renderer
and was looking at a v60 jbeam and screen shotted it to send it to my friend then
Can anyone tell what happend? Its using snipping tool and my gpu is correctly mounted sooooo
How to do the glitch:
Open beam 0.30 in the vulkan renderer mode
Then spawn in any map
Ctrl + B
Then to prtsc (print screen is a shortcut for snipping tool)
Then thats literally it
