upload_2023-8-27_9-6-34.png wikipedia says this apparently. i doubt the turbo thrift was really ever used (most likely only the earliest models that arent in this mod) the 90 v6 or something might be something for the next update after the current one being worked on. 267 is a rare piece of garbage based off a 305 or something so probably doesent need added idk

Not exactly "famous" but the Impala came standard with the 4.3L Vortec V6 w/ EFI. Basically a 305 V8 with the 2 front cylinders cut off.

    Progress update time.
I spent way too much time recreating the taxi that hits the Joker in the Joker movie (no skin yet), for some reason it had a few custom parts that I had to model based on existing models.

Added lowrider hydraulics, Jbeam by @Ihmemies allan , models edited from the Bluebuck

    Added warning chime by @mrsmash

    Added FBI concealed flashers

I know all of this already, the 267 we already have. And I know both of the V6s are basically V8s with 2 cylinders cut off and would be modelled as such, wouldn't be too hard probably.

Considering the first Caprice model in the mod is the 1985, perhaps the impala options can be simplified to same (their last year).
The 250 I6 can be forgotten in any case since it disappeared for 1980.

Maybe a V6 engine might not be as hard to add as I thought, as long as these janky textures reused from the V8 and a bit of clipping are acceptable.

That's pretty cool, however I think that LEDs on a car this old don't quite fit

Propably until they got something faster and more agile than a big V8-powered boat, that’s where I’d start looking :p
    Also, very cool mod!

This is almost like a whole different body style... I don't have anywhere near enough skill to model that

Adding a new variant would not change the deformation of the old one. But still can't add it because idk how to model it.

To be more precise, i just suggested to Agent_Y that i would be happy if he could keep the overall deformation as much as he can, as i was very happy about it and it was a lot of work, especially the front end.
That said, being amazed by the amount of work that he puts to revamp the whole thing, and being retired from anything related to modding, it wouldn't be so nice from me to forbid firmly and strictly any changes. I just added some wishes that's all. Most important one is wishing him good luck to achieve this :)
