At the moment I'm working on improving the performance - and making some things nicer, e.g. thumbnails of the starting points. If I'm happy with that, it will be published. New content will be added after the September release. Yes.
why are so many mods paid now i aint broke but i still dont want to spend on mods... can we go back to 2021 and have no one thinking about paying for mods
So far I've put about 11 months of work into this project...and also invested some money to buy new hardware so I can add certain features like the night lights and AI support. You don't have to pay for this! Just wait until the final (free) release! Early Access is paid...for the people who wan't to support me. For their support, they'll get a few more features. But the "Free" version won't be a demo or something like that. Download it and have fun for free!
You wouldn’t have done this In 2016… I’m not hating on the work, it’s just that I don’t like the way modding is heading. It’s all about fun. To me it should be a suggestion, like a bmac (which I do support) or early access paid. Paying for mods gets kinda annoying. I’ve spent over 15$ in mods and I don’t want to spend any more. If y’all do it for fun, go for it, but yeah, paid mod bad free mod good. That’s my two cents
Brother he said that final mod will be free, do you think that you are entitled to beta release of the mod or something? I don’t like over-saturation of paid mods either, but paid beta and free full release is the optimal way of doing it imo, that way you also value the tons of hours that has been sunk into making this mod (as well as buying subscriptions for some programs)
Bro can't afford 5$ on literally THE MOST downloaded Beamng Drive mod ever If some mod deserves to be paid, it's this one. If so, you always have the option to visit 3rd party websites and download "free mods" which also happen to be meshslaps of a truck on Autobello Piccolina jbeam with No Textures all over the place
One word: priorities. I bought the game for 20$ and I’m not interested in spending money on the game. I have bought 4 mods so far, totaling 15$. I can afford it, I just don’t want to buy any more mods. --- Post updated --- All I’m sayin is he wouldn’t have considered charging for the original car jump arena and now, for some reason, it’s worth money
Either that, or he means an Early Access beta release in September will mark when he’ll start adding more content
