West Coast USA Problems

    I have been having a weird problem with the West Coast USA map. The road near the used car dealership is poking up, I'm not sure how it happened, but after the recent update, this never happened. Also I don't have any mods and I cleared the cache.

    Run the game in safe mode, and then reinstall because I don’t have the problem.
