If your PC has no GPU then it probably won't be able to run the game. I dont think the CPU is good enough due to the fact that you said your PC is old.

 

Just because a computer is old doesn't mean it can't run well, I could run 3 covets at 20 fps on my 7 year-old Q6600

 

Age of hardware pretty much directly correlates to how much power that hardware has, which directly equates to how well the game will run.
Most people really wouldn't consider 20 FPS playable, either.
