Retr0x would be wasting his time trying to pursue legal action against an individual for downloading a mod and the FBI doesn't give a fuck some guy downloaded a pirated mod for BeamNG. The most that happens when you pirate something without a VPN is your ISP sending you a letter. Lets get back on the D Series instead of bickering.
