Is there a way or Mod to move object exact time ?

Hi, I see there are some youtube channels that make car crash videos and they throw stones at traffic. I know they used the recording function and replay for recording different angles but how is it possible for all vehicles to come to the same place same time?

is there a way to move objects or vehicles certain place at a certain time?

This is one channel and it moves vehicles super accurately, I am not sure how is he doing it.

 

He's likely using script AI.

You need to open the world editor, then go to window>experimental>script ai manager. At least thats how I think you get to it.
