Will there ever be a fix for this wiper mod?

Hello, I relaly want to use Outdated - Animated Wipers Mod v0.3 | BeamNG. But sadly, theres only outdated (or mostly) fixes. Can anyone try to make a fix for this or find one? Thanks.
