Both your GPU and CPU are low end, upgrading RAM won't do anything and 32 GB is overkill and a waste of money.
I have never seen this game utilize more than 11-12 GB of RAM.

Just upgrade to 16 gigs, 32 isn't needed for games and though your CPU and GPU aren't completely potato they'd probably hold back 32 gigabytes of RAM anyway

The GTX 1050 ti was launched back in 2016 so it's 7 years old and it was classified as a entry-level card back then, that is the same as low end.
The GTX 1060 series are mid-range, GTX 1070 and 1080 was high range. GTX 1080 ti and above was enthusiast-level cards.

60 FPS says nothing without telling what resolution and detail level you use, if it is 60 FPS and 720p it's pretty bad and if it is 1080p but all details on low it's still not good.

But this is besides the point, upgrading your RAM beyond 16 GB is a waste of money and especially if you have little money to spend, going with 32 GB your computer will never utilize all that RAM so it's wasted. I have 32 GB in my rig and i have never seen it utilize more than 12-13 GB in any game.

Save your money for a better computer or buy an SSD.
