rear and front lights bugged

hi, i'm having issues with rear and front light with every car.
basically when i brake or turn on the lights these points pop out, same goes with the front.
its a little thing but after a while it gets annoying, please.

 

Try it in safe mod.

 

yes , i tried it and it works but i dont have any mods in the normal mode

 

I'm having this problem, as well.

Even from the very first time I used 0.27, with all mods deactivated, after a cache clearing.

I've reactivated all of my mods, and the problem is still there.

Is this really not happening for most people? It's very annoying for the light spots to be so unsynced from the cars.
