Slow Repo Download

Hey guys, since 0.27 ive been experiencing slow download. When i say slow, i mean 15 minutes to download KLJP. im not sure if this might be a network issue, or a game issue because my internet is fine. please help

the servers could be under some strain, and it might be worsened if you are far away from their servers.

My speed was 1 mb/s before, now it's 200kb/s.
