It could be a mod conflicting with something. Best wait until Fluffy Panda is able to respond, because they'll provide you with more precise information on how to solve this. Trust me, the information this moderator gives people is top notch.

that mod suggestion could have been correct, but for the support tool checkup i had to disable all my mods, and the issue persisted, so its not that either i think.

While you wait, why don't you verify the integrity of the game files?

    Follow these steps:
    1. Open Steam
    2. Click on "Library"
    3. Select "BeamNG.drive"
    4. Click on "Manage"
    5. Open "Properties"
    6. Select "Local Files"
    7. Press "Verify Integrity of Game Files"
Steam will then scan the game for any missing or corrupted files, and download them again. This whole process should only take about 5 minutes. If there are no missing files then you'll have to wait for a response from Fluffy Panda.

    Please follow these steps:

    - Open your Userfolder (Launcher → Manage User Folder → Open in Explorer)
    - Navigate one level up and find the folder with the latest version of the game
    - Create a backup of this folder by renaming it, for example, `0.27 backup`
    - The game will create a new folder and then you'll be able to move your mods one by one until you find the broken one.

Please do not move all your mods at once, as you may miss the broken mod causing the issue.

It is a somewhat stupid question, but are you using arcade gearbox setting? (where the game automatically shifts for you? It will try to always keep the engine running.
