That’s definitely a new/remastered map. Every teaser makes me more convinced the new map is Big Island USA, a small island v2. Kinda like they did with grid map V2. New map, not an entirely new concept.

 

I really expected them to have the van on the backburner for a 0.28 release, surprised to see that it looks ready. Though we have seen stuff look ready before that doesn't make it into the update.

 

The licence plate says "BNG 27" which means it might release in 0.27
