    A cd key and activated it through steam now will I get the newest version through steam or old? Sorry if this is a stupid ? Just wanna know.

    You get the latest version the game and get the option to update it whenever an update is available through steam.

    It gives you the newest version (0.26.2), but make sure your computer is up to the system requirements, or you’ll have to downgrade in Steam.
