Yep, with a modern Gavril 4.0 I6, in NA and Turbocharged versions! The game is really missing a modern I6 to be larger than the 3 liters of the ETK units!

 

While it's not perfect, you can create some great configurations with RK Customizable engines. You have to get creative with how you use it, it's not wonderfully intuitive but I make many things this way.

The trick is to under build the engine a lot, and find tricks to achieve more realistic torque curves, sometimes even if the parts you pick don't line up with an engine you're trying to replicate.

I'm even considering posting a pack of some very in depth configs I've spend days creating with RK Engines and Vanilla Content for the Vanilla cars, some with custom engines, some without. I try to build project concepts that feel like it could be someone's actual car, usually with the intent of running sprints on regular roads in Utah, Italy or West Coast with friends in BeamMP

hmm, theres a real life gas station in the US with a dino mascot called sinclair oil, there mainly located on the west side of the US, i wonder if that has something to do with it [sinclair oil]=[tryannos oil]

Intended or not I'll never be able to see this as anything other than a BeamNG-ified Sinclair now.

I am incredibly excited to see what racing skins and such the team is going to give us with this new brand; the orange dinosaur could be a great mascot.

I don't think you should look for a release date until the creator_program channel is updated.

It's also called "C-a-s-l-i-d-a" and not "C-a-s-i-l-d-a". That sign is wrong.

 

To me it looks like it's not for Utah, and if anything it's coming to Small Island. It looks a bit like the pier area, looking away from the helipad, where the mountain is to your right and the sea is to the left. Similar vegetation and dirt colour. Besides, Small Island has no gas station, and it is part of USA so the imperial system checks out.
I don't think that this gas station is on the sunny dry map. I think that stuff has not yet been shown.
But of course, I may be wrong.

 

Considering that your name is literally The Gas Station I have to believe you may have a better intuition about this than I do That is a good point that Small Island doesn't have a gas station yet.

Most of the stuff teased probably won't be in the next update though.

 

I dont understand why on earth they'd make yet another american map. same old same old. They need to expand into more European and asian places. The Italy map is currently the most played map for a reason, its unique. Almost all the other maps in the game are american. :/
