Mods take a lot of time and effort. Time that can be spend earning money some other way. I don't mind when people turn their hobbies into careers. I encourage it. I bought Cherrier Picnic not because I wanted that car that much, but because I wanted to support modder, so he keeps making mods. I agree those prices are ridiculous, but at the end of the day market decides prices - if people want to spend that much, more power to them
I support paid modding to a certain extent. This is just insanity, you pay $33 usd monthly to beta test some mods that are likely also meshslaps. I just can't support this; this is way too much. I mean no offense to the modder, but jesus, I would never pay that much. Pretty sure this is even more than the Crown Concepts/ Spooling Diesel guy's mods.
I'd have to be blown away by this mod when it releases, I don't understand why the cost for it is so high. I get making a mod takes work, but LucasBE's mods are far cheaper and possibly higher quality. Again, I'll have to try it myself when it releases. Edit: the lowest tier on the Patreon is roughly $11.50, that's almost half the cost of BeamNG itself.
