Update Speculation thread

I rather wanna have the door opening feature for all vanilla cars as i have too much fun opening it then closing it with a little force via Nodegrabber to be honest with ya all!

What i would like but that will not happen is they take another 6 month round and remaster just about all remaining vehicles to finally be done with it and have tons of additional vehicle content as many of them offering plenty of opportunities for other body styles.

 

yeah, just hope they'd pay a bit more attention or reserve some more time for bugtesting before releases.

Supposedly that was one of the reasons for the 6 month update schedule, to automate some of the bugtesting and reduce the amount of hotfixes needed for future updates

Just hope they fix the issue were the car doesn´t brake at all (it´s rare but when on racing maps of some sort always happen, I think it´s linked with a quick change of surface of some sort because it usually happens when changing terrain like from the road to grass)

 

Diamondbacks said that he’s looking for a solution for that problem but it might still take some time. They are definitely working on it

 

I could survive an update without a new car or a remaster in favor of some QoL things, features other than cars or a big bug hunt.

 

Well you should line out that "some" because if there would be an update without any new content the amount of Qol fixes and such has to be huge or big otherwise i personally would be rather disappointed.

 

If they focused the update specifically on some major technical stuff, like a new thermals system, many people would still complain about how it didn't bring anything new (especially given that the latest updates were rather big when it comes to new cars).

But combining the QoL fixes with the upcoming K-Series revamp, for example, would be enough to justify a larger update IMO. Content-hungry people would be somewhat satisfied, and under-the-hood updates would add to the overall experience.

Showing the new tire thermals on the upcoming Pick-Up Truck would also be great since the car is probably gonna have a great mass to move around, so the tires are gonna have a hard time during performance driving.

SO i wonder if this new ute is a New ute. OR just a pre-runner new body on a D-series Frame.

To save time they may of also made the NEW Ute on the OLD D-series frame BUT i don't think that will be the case.

Seeing how since like 2005 ute are becoming luxury cars ( The US high trim utes ) I think this may fill the luxury car void ( some what ) I mean the facelifted 2000s D-series can be made to look very nice.

However i wonder what work version we will get?

Also should be super safe.

talking of all that. i wonder if it will be a USA massive pick up

I will live a Chinese car from before 2010. When they looked terrible ( but in a cool way )
smashed like a Cardboard box. And was easy to fall to bits.

as for the ute. I guess next teaser will let us know. OR they may tease us with the ETK parts they teased with a while ago, Or the next remaster. time will tell.

 

i hope its a new gen d series(same premise as the pessima) or a whole new truck

 

I actually think it would be an even better fit with the ETK they teased, as it seems to be a heavily race oriented verion, almost an GT3 kind of look, as we know racing cars lean heavily on tire temperature
