cannot extract libcef.dll

    I have tried all the fixes on the internet how to fix libcef.dll when extracting, other than downloading the libcef.dll file from a shady website. I have tried 7zip and other programs to try to extract it but to no avail. I have also turned off Windows Defender and the firewall but it did not fix it. Is there a way to fix it?

    I am running Windows 10 64-bit with only Windows defender as my only antivirus

    Why are you trying to extract libcef.dll?
