    You don't have to

    Just enter "0" in the area at where you have to enter a number how much you want to pay and be fine

    well I guess I'm rong I looked it up. my grandpa said it wasn't a thing and has been working for Toyota for over 35 years. guess he don't know everything. I'm sorry about that. he was probably talking about the t100. I don't know I shouldn't have said anything. but he's 70 who knows.

    You were kinda right. They technically isn’t a 1999 Model Year, though production started in 1999. Mine was built November, 1999 as a 2000 year model.
