I found a small issue with the description of this config

Wrong. Most of the time when a car randomly bursn out fully (from the inside out what is especially dangerous) are electronics the cause of the fires because the cables geting fatiqued. Either the insulation gets ripped of by local stress points and loss of the plasticizer, or the copper wire inside itselve gets its diameter reduced because of an phenomenum called material degeneration. That means that the cable will lose diameter of the copper inside and leads to shortages and fatal cable fires and the higher the voltage and power of the system is the sooner this occures because more electrons low and those are bouncing of the copper atoms and take those with them. This is also one very reason why your battery cells are so short lived.
the only reason your satistics match your bias is because there arent many evs out there compared to the long life of ICE cars and even less exist that are over 5 years old. The problems come especially with age and you cant stop that process. Well your Electric car is a throwaway item anyways so why you even care ?

well I can just use sunburst Jbeam and adjust it

 

This is what people doing "mods" on sites like modland and world of mods did. If you came across a mod with adjusted node positions (and I only saw ONE and it was some kind of minibus) and it still had a crappy Jbeam and was doing spikes.
