"All mods temporarily disabled" warning complaint

My main issue is that it requires you to reactivate ALL MODS. I have around a hundred of them and prefer to leave most disabled and zipped until I want to use them, but in order to get past this warning message, it forces me to reenable and unpack EVERY SINGLE ONE all at once, so I have to scramble to disable them all before it unpacks them and most likely crashes my game. Pressing "leave them disabled for now" takes me back to the main menu and pressing the repo button again brings this warning right back.

I wish the orange button instead just dismissed the message, allowing me to re-enable the ones I want in the mod manager myself, while the "leave them disabled" was the take me back option. It'd be much more user-friendly.

 

Are you saying that you dont just use them zipped? You do know they work just fine when left zipped, right?
