    Hi! I noticed that in Development Media, Diamondback posted a video containing "Default Ignition State", "Start vehicle engines preheated", and "Start race brakes preheated".
    However, when I searched around the options, I could only find "Start vehicle engines preheated". Is there any word on the Default Ignition State? I'd like to have that option.

    It got yanked hours before release because of (again) issues with how the AI deals with it. We hope to be able to return it in one of the hotfixes.

    with new hotfix there is the new default ignition state. but is there a way to toggle it without respawning the car?

    No, the setting is only the default for when you spawn a car. Maybe in the future there will be more finely grained control at runtime, but as usual, that's more complex than it seems.
