I love this derby. I have not played it in years. How do i get it back on beam so I can play it. I go to subscribe in the mods on beam and it never downloads so i can play. Nothing happens. Please help. --- Post updated --- I may need a walk through like step by step how to get it because i can get confused on this easy. I would become a patreon member if i get it to work properly.
Seems I got it now but only shows a press esc for menu and when I do nothing happens. --- Post updated --- Well now I am at the menu but when I click play iy takes me right back to the menu over and over again!
So if I where to get the patreon version it would work for sure? Also how do I get it on my beam the full version like i have the demo but not even real sure how i got that one to be honest lol --- Post updated --- Would be more then happy to buy the paid version but how do i get it on my computer once i do.
so ive been having a issue with the DEMO version of the mod (big surprise.) No matter what i do (deactivating mods and such) the cars will not move and only i can drive. as well as sending me back to the mods main menu. any tips that i could do? (besides buying the full version btw)
the modmaker delays forever on updating the demo version of this mod. only solutions are to revert to the previous version of beamng, or buy the mod.
Not sure if its because of the new update. but the demo doesn't work. the AI do not move.. edit: I read the comments and I'll have to revert my beam version and see if that works.
Hi, I have a question about the paid version of the mod. I’m happy to pay AU $8.50 for it. But do I have to pay that every month to use it? Over $100 per year seems too much. Thanks for any help
$8.50 a month (£6 something here in the UK) is a small price to pay, you can't even buy two pints of beer at a pub for that amount here. So cut down by two beers a month and you'll be fine.
The minimum wage in the US is $7.50. $8.50 a month leads to $102 a year for constant updates, or roughly 13.6 hours of minimum wage labour. If the mod is maintained for as long as BeamNG has existed (10 years now) over $1000 dollars would be spent on this subscription alone, to put it into perspective, if you only bought BeamNG 10 years ago, you would have spent a total of less than $30 for the past decade of updates and service (fully guaranteed to be maintained) because of the one time payment system. The cost of subscribing to services adds up heavily over time
It doesn't negate my point though. People are perfectly happy to spend a not unsubstantial portion of their income on beer or other frivolities, so if you're that worried about spending a few dollars a month maybe you should have a look at where your priorities lie.
Ok, people wasting their money is perfectly fine Im just saying that in my opinion, 102 dollars a year for 1 (One) mod is a little over the top Especially when it becomes a trend, and people will begin to spends hundreds a month on mods
