If so. lets say a week or 2 or ( adding stuff )

then 2 weeks of testiting

makes it oct


then 2 to 4 weeks of Creator program.

I think its oct update i think may be wrong.

i dont understand why an ingame j beam editor would be good for the regular player
for moders i understand that it would be a godsend

Hmm, looks like I was wrong again. The fact that we have a screenshot of 0.26 RELEASE means we're in the feature freeze and the update probably will drop some time this month. I speculate that it will not have career mode, which is fine by me, frankly I think this game should go a different, more scenario-oriented direction in gameplay and would rather see career mode quietly discontinued, but that's just my opinion

 

Well tdev said it will have career mode and they have been working on it for years i think, so i hope it gets into 0.26

 

That being said they have also said their vision for career mode has changed drastically and still is not definitive

 

Honestly is there a known pathway they take for career mode? It has probably gone so many iterations that mode will take us by surprise when it comes out

 

yeah, but he said that an early version of carreer mode is going to be in the update so i hope it will really be that way

 

BeamNG is a tech company first and a game studio second, I think they should play to their strengths and want to see lots of fun and wacky scenarios and gamemodes that you just don't get in other motorsports games. That means we need more maps, vehicles and props and that should be the sole focus of the content team for the time being

 

where did y'all get that from

 

Ignoring the fact that the vast majority of their income comes from their game and that almost all of their publicity comes from their game

 

it was originally open world and then redone when they did the campaigns then later said the campaigns no longer reflect how they want career to go

too many ideas too little time
