Hey guys! My new Beamng Drive Movie: Deep Impact is out! I hope you like it! Even if its a stock car you must include a picture in the application. (you can edit your application later to upload a picture if you can't now, just make sure it's there before it's too late) Pictures are important for me to make it easier to sort out the cars I need to use etc. Your application MUST look like this: 1. (Mandatory) Forum name/Movie name (Movie name is needed if your character gets dialogue) 2. (Mandatory) Full car name and download link (if its not a stock car) Please don't make complicated configurations, so I don't have to spend a lot of time trying to get the correct parts 3. (Mandatory) Picture of the car you want to drive and color name. 4. (Optional) Secondary car (Must meet the requirements above(pictures, links)) Secondary car gives you more chances to appear in the movie if your main car doesn't work or is too repetitive. Must be an official Beamng Car! 5. (Optional) Do you want to be featured in crashes: Yes/No.(You can suggest a crash for your character) 6. If your character died in the last movie, you can't use it again. 7. Don't use specific city police skins application (as in New York, Chicago etc.) If you want me to use a private mod, you can send me your application via PM, otherwise all applications must be posted here. Don't DM me your applications unless you want to send a private mod with it. As always even if you apply on time doesn't mean you will be in the movie a 100%. Guide on how not to be included in the movies: 1. Post applications early. 2. Post applications after registration is over. 3. Applications don't meet all of the mandatory requirements. 4. Ask "where's my car?" as soon as first teasers are released. 5. Multiple applications from the same person. 6. Create silly names for your character.
I got blown up xD Edit: Think I'm dead? Nope, she still rolls (after i put the wheels and doors back on ).
Spoiler: Spoilerz The story was pretty good in this one. It was kinda cheeky what you did there in the beginning, showing the entire HellGang talk about their future, so we'd know someone was going to die, but not which one. It was another bomb-ass episode, although I didn't much care for the camera constantly spinning around, it was kind of distracting.
H O L Y S H I T , this has to be the darkest movie in your entire series, feels like I'm watching a Hollywood action movie!
Time for the review This series has come a long since the first episode. Crazy to think this series has been going for 6 years and how much has happened since. Life has changed alot for the gang. The gang is slowly splitting it up thanks to many reasons and now several members are slowly starting to retire. The exposition in these scenes are good and help build and humanize the gang, most of all the twins. Life has certainly changed for them all and its a big sign of whats to come and the eventual ending to the series. Ofcourse the gang gets thrown back into their old lives, and its personal once more as the one of the crew has been kidnapped. Family is family so the whole gang unites to rescue them. The sheer strength of their rivals, alpha's gang, is shown. The gang has dozens of members and access to military grade hardware. and yet, the gang still has an aura of mystique and makes me wonder what else do we not know. Nomad is reintroduced as a scared man seeking revenge on the gang, twins especially for scaring him. The rescued does not go well for everyone involved, several members of Alphas gang are killed, injured, and some are even captured. Multiple civies are killed or maimed. Cops take sever losses as they are easily outclassed and unprepared for the military grade hardware used by Alphas gang. And Hellgang takes two major losses, the Deaths of Luca and Rebel. Overall it was a very action and dramatic episode, well technically episodes as it is split in two. Now to get more deep. Action and cinematography is still very good. This is the longest episode in a long time and it never feels like it drags on either. The character growing scenes are great and humanizing their rivals is a nice touch also. Alpha is being set up as a final antagonist and he seems a good final challenger. I really liked the scenes where the twins delve into the their pasts, they've come far from being just the brawn of the gang. They are people and Savage has had enough of the violence. Nate is still a traitor but him getting close with the gang is a good watch. As i mentioned early the sheer strength of Alphas gang is impressive. The transitions between scenes are done well. Rebel's sacrifice is done very good and its a good finale to his character. I liked how the action of the Hellgang are starting to catch up to them. On the otherhand, there was less Cop scenes in this episode, for the first time in a while they not the main episode antagonists. They way they were presented feels a little lacking, i can understand they were not the main antagonists for this episode but they still could've had more scenes. Also the lack of higher law enforcement agency's is still a thing, but not as bad as it used to be as two FBI cars appear in the end. However i still believe more Feds should be involved by now, not just because of severity of the gang's crimes, but also because of the potentials it opens. Here in America we have a thing called the FBI's top 10 most wanted, the Hellgang being the most known and wanted criminals in America opens many opportunities. With the series likely down to just two episodes, there is still opportunities for them to appear. I also feel the editing could use some improvements, while i don't think its bad, in fact i find it good, i do feel it is starting to get repetitive. New techniques such as different filters, different songs, and other small changes could very much help the series as it near its ending. I do wish Luca had more scenes before his demise but it isn't really a issue. some scenes coulda used some gun fire, not that it should change anything, but it would add to the intensity. I also suggest that friz try to experiment with using greenscreen effects, something like green screening helicopters from other games like GMOD and adding them to the background of episodes would fit nicely. Also if you want to have characters in other video game maps but don't want them to crash around? boom, Greenscreen them and add them to another map. Of course this would be no easy task but i do suggest friz experiment with new ideas in general. Finally, i feel the wait times are getting too long, i'm not saying i think one episode a month is better, but something like 6 months would good. I believe finding sponsorships and getting some tie in art or comics would be a good idea for the series. With this series reaching its conclusion in just two episodes, There are still things that are up in the air. But in general i defiantly feel the series will end with Alpha's gang being defeated. The fate of Hellcop is still open as he no longer is a main antagonist. As for the fate of the Hellgang, i believe it could still be in the open but i do have a strong feeling some more members will be lost. I also hope that more characters get developed, such as inertia, Sweeper, and most of all, Hellcop. I also hope we learn more of Alpha and his gang. I hate to sound like an edgelord or anything, But i don't see a happy ending for the crew, infact i would prefer that they don't have an entirely happy ending. I wouldn't like a total bitter ending either but i would understand it more. I prefer a bittersweet ending where no one gets off easy, but it isn't entirely bad. something like a western or noir film if it make sense, a good finale thats bittersweet. Simply put the actions of all people involved mean no one should get off easy. Infact you could argue the series ending could still count as bittersweet even with a happy ending, as Rebel has died. Maybe im thinking to deep for such a series like this, especially with my standards growing since the last episode i saw, but i believe every series deserves a good ending. at least Fire finally got his revenge. 7/10 a good job. Best of luck with the rest of the series friz.
I'm Guessing that next episode savage is gonna sacrifice his self for hellhound. Learning lessons from riley
So at the very end of the episode, Simna meets Savage next to Rebel's grave. Curious to see what happens next, it's most likely that she had enough of Alpha's gang and wants this madness to end.
