No thats not what i meant, I think powie posted a progress a day ago, i couldnt see it neither that interrior
i mean we only got the chassis parts ingame rn, @powiephenom is modeling suspension, engine, and interior stuff, etc. I still havent gotten any body blueprints so there aint any body models done. speaking of bodies, im probably just going to try and make my own blueprints. but idk about percentages, i mean ik its a small number but i cant give an exact number
To add on to this, I estimate that we're about ~35-45% done with the base vehicle, which of course does not include the bodies, the weeks/months of testing, the paint schemes, setups, adjustments, and additional features that are necessary to creating a complete and full mod. But don't worry! I do not believe this mod will take nearly as long as the Gen 6 did (that was my first mod, I had to learn everything from scratch and redo it twice before I was fine enough with it), so we'll keep you all posted as development progresses. Currently, the majority of the work is being done by Powiephenom on the chassis, engine, suspension, and interior modeling/texturing. As it stands, not much further jbeam work has been done on it (other than bumper bars, adjustments, and minor refactoring) as I wait for the model to be completed and sent to me.
All things required to make a separate car mod takes time, plus the authors have to deal with IRL stuff as well. It's patience that will get you an update on the progress.
Yes it has been awhile. I've essentially modeled as much as I can without the body being present on the car. Theres still a few things I need to texture before I hand the model over to Solar to create the jbeam for the car.
