Transmission Whine

hello
i have been looking at everywhere to find how to make the transmission have loud whines like the one in M3 GTR
specifically im not asking for a straight cut gear transmission
im just looking at how i can add the sound to any car i want.
so is there any way to do this?

 

There are many BeamNG official vehicles that have loud gear whines. For example you can open the "BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles\sbr.zip\vehicles\sbr\sbr_transaxle.jbeam" in the "Race 6-Speed Manual Transaxle" there's a "gearbox" copy the "gearWhine" related to your car.

well yeah thats good but i want to do it with a mod (AdamPLG e36 mod in this case)
i did not discover anything in the files

 

Put these lines from SBR4 to your mod's transmission jbeam file
