Released American 80's Fullsize Series 2.1

Oh, yeah, I think that and maybe a couple more rotating lightbars could be added, and then the H-series addon by AR162B needs some work too considering that's outdated, then add the rotating lightbars from the Olds Fullsize can be transferred to the 70s H-series.

 

I hope we get PBR materials for this mod someday.

 

The TV screen shows no texture.

 

I am pretty sure that has been mentioned a lot and this mod has not been updated in a long time.

Yeah and I doubt that'll be fixed and I'm honestly very surprised this mod isn't like the H-series addon.

 

Anyone got this issue after crashing? I still use 0.24 though.

it would be nice if you could put sidepipes/straightpipes on the base model engines (305/307/350 and such) because loud noise make car go fast

 

Thanks to all for the nice support and appreciation about this mod through those 6 years. Unfortunatly, i'm now gone to new horizons, very far from gaming, modding, and i have definitly no time to do the tiniest update on this mod. I'm affraid it will definitly be outdated in a further update.
It was a very nice time sharing with the community. I'll keep you informed if the project of some betatesters of the mod to update and revamp it will get some progress, but the hope is tiny.

Well, I know that nobody can sit on a computer all their life and update a mod that will eventually break again. We really appreciated you and AR162B's work on the Olds Fullsize, and we all thank you for that and will miss you and AR162B.

It was probably one of the longest lasting mods in BeamNG. While some weren't able to last a year.

 

well we kept updating that ae86 mod for a long time to keep it going who says that cant happen with this legendary mod?

 

Granted, this mod has a lot more bodies and liveries that need updating to PBR, and other stuff. It definitely won't be a one person job. Maybe if I get the experience, I'll pitch in on it.

That's the issue. Diving into this jbeam jungle and so much materials is a real pain in the a%§ . One solution could be to update every body type one by one and forget about all the presets at the beginning.

 

Just came here to say that this mod is one of my favorites, and has me daydreaming about dropping a 454 out of an ancient motor home in my farm’s boneyard into something else in my farms boneyard. Not sure what, have several sedan carcasses from 1965-1988 but none are GM.

 

Im missing the textures for the windows and for some the undercarrige. Any ideas whats wrong?

 

download the oldsfullsize mod. not just the addon.
