Instead of Slow Motion, My Game Somehow Sped Up

I was just playing the game, my game was lagging a bit, i was saving a config for the bolide, and when it ''saved'' everything got speedy, every single car, everything, how did i even do it this and how do i fix it?
The sounds, steering is fully normal, but everything else seems sped up.

it literally feels like a 10,000 Horsepower Formula Car, and when i brake it instantly stop, if i try to drive out of a ditch, it will struggle just like it would normally, but if i do a run up, it will just zoom out of there, weird stuff

 

Have you been using the Script AI Manager? There is a little box to check off if you want the replay to go faster, but it also seems to work when you are just driving around and you left it on.
