1993-1999 Autobello Fiore In the early 90's, the famous car manufacturer Autobello was struggling with selling cars. A merger with another struggling car manufacturer failed after it went bankrupt in 1992 and a fusion with Cherrier was a real possibility. In 1993, the Fiore entered the market. It was a big success, and helped Autobello back on track. It got the European Car Of The Year 1995 award. However, sales started to reduce after the crash test of the Fiore in 1997, where it scored 2 stars. Also, better competition was the nail in the coffin for the Fiore. In 1999, the production stopped, and a year later the last Fiore was registered.
