I'm honored to have helped finance the development of this fictitious automobile, even as little as I did.
WHEN WILL THERE BE A T-SERIES ENGINE SWAP sorry just kidding. Love the mod and I'm sure other people will eventually make a sedan/V8/diesel/LHD etc. On the parts selector though: for the life of me I can't figure out the difference between the Luxe dashboard and the GT dashboard. Is there a difference and if so can you point it out? Thanks.
one thing that annoys me is that the auto shifter doesent move. one thing i find kind of cool though is that weird layout on the dash that includes the brake and reverse lights for some reason. doug demuros gonna have to make a video on the quirks and features of this car
this mod is incredible! i love the amount of detail, especially the little lights on the fenders and the dash,
Yeah i'm a bit annoyed at myself too for not making that a feature, if it's not too much work I may add it to a future update but no promises Also those weird dash lights are on the fenders too, they're called lamp monitors and connect directly to your lights via fibre optic cable so you can tell if any of your lights are blown which I thought was awesome and just had to implement
WOW it really does love to go sideways, even the bog-standard GS wagon feels like it's supposed to be a purpose-built drift car if only it had enough steering authority. Why is its handling so... murderous? I believe the issue is that the engine is too powerful and the tail is too light. I would consider adding a trunk cargo option to weigh it down a bit, but arguably it handles more like a sports car than a van.
part of that is because the cars so low and long, and the van is probably less tail heavy then a wagon or anything because theres no rear interior
Oversteer reduction might just be down to some spring rate and/or roll bar adjustments. You're in luck because it's super easy The "gear_A" electric exists exactly for that sort of things. It's a pretty cool thing. I was wondering though if it might be possible to have the option to put a shift light in there instead? This would be mostly for the drift and race version, especially since the car doesn't have a tachometer. I've also noticed that the trunk pins tend to float when you crash the car's rear end into stuff.
