The Vehicles won't work

The vehicles do not work, I updated Beamng Drive to the latest update. My car won't move nor will the speedometer, but the engine will run, I can't turn the engine off, and I can't turn the wheel. Everything else works though, like the camera, gravity, and etc, It's just the vehicle that won't work. I've already tried clearing the cache, switching the gearbox, disabling all mods and deep reinstalling Beamng, but nothing has worked. What should I do to fix this. I've been trying to fix it for the past couple days, I just wanna play Beamng!

 

Go in the controls menu and reset all controls ? Try another input device ?

 

Does it at least work in safe mode? If so, then there is something in your game files that breaks your game

To try safe mode, start the game & then in the Launcher press Support Tools -> Safe Mode
