Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] I know I'm late to the party on this update but that is because I've been looking over it for a while and well, its alot better than the original, I'll give you credit for that. The jbeam problems have been pretty much completely ironed out. But it still has quite alot of problems. These problems are for the most part only visual or to do with the textures. First main problem its had since the first release, is the body normal maps. They are way too lumpy. It makes it look like it had no edge split applied before exporting. Comparing it to the Marshal you can see it even more clearly, the under-body could also use some more detail normal map wise. Although the the interior maps are fine. It lacks any type of door jamb or seal what so ever, meaning that you can see the sky straight through the panel gaps on alot of the parts. On the topic of no seals, the trunk hasn't got one and its pretty much a flat cube. The engine is around the same width as the steering wheel is, way too small, which also explains the weird long tube to the radiator. Rear bumper is supposed to connected to the frame at the back. The frame stops a good distance in-front of the bumper. Reverse light has AO/texture errors and has some random tri just sitting there. Either the seats are too big or the dash is too low in the front causing the pedals to clip the floor. There is just a random hole in the body work around most of the rear window.. And there is some weird face on the edge of the rear door here. These are all quite small problems for the most part and are quite straight forward fixes. It's defiantly not a bad mod though at all I love driving it around on the east coast USA map and it drives and preforms really well. Very nice work overall
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] A dying species.. *sniff* Well... especially in the hands of me (how this car deforms is a little strange at times but it puts a smile on my face)
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] Seems that somehow the racing and sport part configs were lost during the update. You still have the wheeels etc, just not the part config.

Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] To be fair, I think it's mostly because he joined in 2013. If we counted only since he started posting I think he would have a lot more. They both only make useless posts though. OTOH, this car is nice. Looks best in dark navy blue IMO.
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] This is an forum for talk with some people and chat with him its for socialize but thanks VeyronEB for helping me

Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] Can you make a new hampshire state police skin (would be good for the east coast map since it is partly based on new hampshire
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] Wow, I really like this, I have been using this mod for a long time and the update made it even better, love being able to turn the lightbar off. My only issues are, the tailights are not as bright as they were before, I liked that they were really bright, and there is no way to go back to the old lightbar. Don't get me wrong, i like the new one, I just like both, and sometimes a newer lightbar works better than the older style one. Also, are there any plans to have the lightbar illuminate by its own power rather than relying on another light source? (i.e. At night it is only bright when headlights or other lights shine on it or in the daytime.) But still, great update and all around mod. P.S. Are there any plans to re-add the LEDs on the bull bar?
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] Is that expanding wheel-bug fixed yet? If you put the car upside down and push the throttle youll see the tires expand, but the wheels expand too.
Re: 1999 Ford Crown Victoria [Update 1.8] The Crown Victoria was actually a better handling car than I thought. Especially at high speeds. Nice job! - - - Updated - - - Hey! That looks somewhat like the police car from super troopers! The skin should be made for it.
