Another thing with the way the camera now moves inside the vehicle. As I said earlier, i really like it, the problem though is that if you look around in your car while moving (e.g parking) then stop and move again, the camera snaps back into the original position. This can also be a problem when crawling
when you save a config when in an interior camera, like so, the game tries to take a cool zoomed in image like it would in the garage, but it just ends up like, well, this:
When you enter a tunnel, it seems like it takes some time until the engine sound changes (around 1 second) on exit, everything is normal
Honestly have no idea where to post this question regarding new car.... How does the axle lift system work?! I don't fully understand it, the "brochure" doesn't say. I've got them selected, however I don't notice them doing anything differently? I'm not sure..
it's seemed like every update since about 0.22 there's been another downgrade to the performance it sucks tbh
Also sometimes after taking a picture it will stay zoomed in and will run at 2x speed. Slow-mo doesn't work.
You go on esc, then on drivetrain, then axlelift, i think they also said something with the system working dependant on the speed and drivemode your going but i havent fully checked it out, yet
There are a few issues with the Wooden Planks delivery mission on JRI: Note that the 'Best Cargo Delivered' column did not update to 5 from the previous 4. This persists through to the map menu. Also worth checking for is a typo in the Bronze medal finishing screen that was present in previous versions (I haven't verified if this is still in-place after the update) Speaking of previous versions, didn't those spawn traffic as part of the mission? It's no longer present, and because it wasn't mentioned in the devblog, I'm not sure if that's by design or a result of a bug. I'd also like to recommend updating the scenario description to better reflect what happens if two pieces of cargo are delivered.
We both have the same CPU and providing we have the same clock speed we should be seeing similar performance (in this case drops) Although, I'm running a RTX 2060 alongside my 2600X which probably helps a bit
If you accelerate past a certain speed in comfort drivemode, the suspension lowers itself automatically
yup. it's quite painful playing on a full AMD system and having to lower my settings every update. especially when trying to create content with the game it's getting to be quite a struggle. sigh edit: i also have a 2600X and 16GB of ram but paired with a 5700xt
its like the one single thing i'd want the devs to change, all the new content doesnt mean much to me when i can't experience it without making the game look fresh out of 1998
I'd be perfectly fine with a major update that focuses on getting work other than the content side of things done, but I understand that obviously you can't just take the creative department and make them do coding so whatever
not sure if this was part of the update but - the K-Series' lights seem to be different. I don't have any mods installed and I cleared my cache. Both are related to the turn signal. For the front, when the turn signal is on, the surrounding part turns black. No texture, almost like plastic. For the rear, I don't remember the turn signals being red, and now that they are, it doesnt make sense that there is no amber reflector, since only the USA allows red turn signals, but they require front amber side reflectors. i dont know how to add spoilers, sorry for massive imgs also, theres a place for the rear fog light, but it doesnt light up? it seems like a lot of vehicles in BeamNG have lighting issues. -ETK I-Series (headlight low/high beam is odd) -Ibishu Pessima (1988) (headlight low/high beam is odd, front amber section is overly-saturated) -Hirochi SBR4 (no amber reflector for US-Spec, but the turn signals are red?) -Burnside Special (every light is off, flares are weird, everything is just outdated and looks old on the model) -Hirochi Sunburst (no amber reflector for US-Spec, but the turn signals are red?) -Ibishu Hopper (every light is off, flares are weird, everything is outdated and looks old) -Box Utility Trailer (light flares are very bright, and disappear at certain angles) -Large Box Utility Trailer (light flares are very bright, and disappear at certain angles)
All bugs verified in safe mode after verifying game files and deep clearing cache. Bug Report 01: In the race gauges, Top Right 3 is above Top Right 2 I would suggest giving the entire order of things a second pass if possible. In the ideal case, it would be Top Left - Top Center - Top Right - Bottom Left - Bottom Center - Bottom Right Bug Report 02: Is it intended that only the values in the left top corner are coloured instead of white? It would be cool if all multi value boxes would have different colours... you dont want to look down long at 300 kmh Bug Report 03: Value Remaining Range EV actually displays FCURR which is Current Fuel Usage. Bug Report 04: EV torque and EV power display - numbers dont seem to make sense? Should also be 3 digit instead of 6. Bug Report 05: Shift Lights on the Race Dashboard flash for EVs even though the electric motor is far below it maximum RPM. Suggestion 1: Make the shift lights an selectable option Suggestion 2: Add an EV version that displays power and regen instead. More reports later. Keep up your great work. From 0 - 50 the car rides heigher in certain drivemodes like "Strada". Once you are faster than 50, the car lowers itself for better handling. You want to be below 50 before you take on bumpier roads.... its oil pan unsurprisingly sits very low and you really dont want to turn your belowed (probably 50K alone) screaming V10 into a smoking wreck.
Huh, lots of good stuff We........ don't actually have control about the exact ordering.... Yes sounds weird I know, but...Yea... We are aware of this, but not a trivial change unfortunately. Yes intended, there's more to come for this baby, it's a bit of a leftover from that. But more colors, cool idea. Will fix. Hm, gonna take a look, probably forgot a conversion. Will take a look. Good idea. Sounds like an interesting option for one of the cells.
Pretty sure that's intentional, a lot real traffic lights have holes in the bottom too Some bugs I've found and haven't seen yet: Increasing the rev limit on some engines decreases the total power/torque for some reason (this one is the 6.0L diesel with a stage 3 block): The Race ECU for the 2.0L engine in the new Pessima can be set as high as 9500rpm in the Tuning menu, but it won't let it rev higher then 9000:
"Return of Garage Delivery Scenario" waiting room, join me, I have popcorn and no replies It's honestly not fun spending multiple minutes launching it now VS literally three clicks in 0.24 - Click on "Scenarios", doubleclick on "Garage Delivery". Btw - Is the mousewheel scrolling acting really wonky just for me on this website?.. And I see a double scrolling bar on the right side, one (standard one) from browser and one (seems to be) from the website... Latest Chrome on win10
