Welcome to the 2020 Toyota Tundra thread! MOD HAS BEEN RELEASED BELOW, SO PLEASE GET IT THROUGH HERE AND AVOID SKETCHY WEBSITES ! https://meowbahh.gumroad.com/l/2020tundra I have been thinking recently... Why doesn't BeamNG have any modern 2010s - 2020s pickups? Whether they are IRL ones or Lore friendly ones? That is why I have decided to Come up with this thread, the 2020 Toyota Tundra. To me the Toyota Tundra is a super cool utility vehicle and/or off-roader. And I think some people will hopefully be interested in the making of this mod. Yes, the model is a straight rip from Forza Horizon 5 so please do not complain about that. Anyways, Pictures. And an engine sound preview! (For now) Right here Here's what the mod has as of now. Or in other words the features. Two configs as of now this is subject to change These configs are: TRD Pro Limited I know there aren't a wide variety of configs but as i stated these are subject to change really soon. Chrome bits such as a chrome front grille, chrome front bumper, chrome rear bumper, and chrome hood. Soon there will be black parts for lower end specs. Again these include a black front grille, black front bumper, black rear bumper, and a black hood. A special dashboard accessory Custom suspension tweaking thanks to dumpling Close accurate engine stats and horsepower A little bit of customization It being a gas guzzler Anyways, here are credits besides me. - Turn 10 / Playground games for the model. - Dumpling for suspension adjustments and adapting. -ThatTonybo for making the screens work well. - chikkennnn and JorgePinto for answering my stupid questions. - Palkia, Softshell, Nazu for being beta testers. - BeamNG for jbeams and drivetrain. Have patience with the materials, I really know the pain It takes a while yes, but taking care of each one at a time makes you move forward faster than expected
Hello all, I have a few questions. Is there any way to fix this suspension error? The rear wheels are too far back and im not exactly too sure how to set it right to the right position same goes with the taillight glass. And lastly, I am not sure if this is an issue on my end but when I try to create a material for some unknown reason it just does not show up even thought I mapped it and chose the right directory and that's preventing me from progressing. If anyone has any idea what's going on please let me know! Help would be appreciated!
Nvm material thing got fixed (kind of) But the cab went ALT+F4 so that's great. (will try to resolve that asap) --- Post updated --- CHMSL works too!
How’d you get the pbr materials? Look’s nice btw --- Post updated --- Also how did you remove the steering wheel?
The steering wheel was not removed, just do not know a way to put it in-game and for it to look good. Same goes with Pedals, and Gauge Needles. I might end up needing help with that. And making PBR materials is very easy. Go to the world editor and when you are in, go to the material editor. after that click your vehicle icon then after it will show all of your current materials. if you have made your materials just select it, then click change to v1.5 PBR. This is basically what makes up the whole PBR material. Then after that, scroll down to the properties and adjust them to your preference. I recommend changing metallic, Clearcoat, and clearcoat roughness. If you want to make the material colorable then click InstanceBaseColor in the material information. Hope this helps!
This could help you https://www.beamng.com/threads/modding-tips-my-mods-blog.84789/ Have you also made sure you have set the position orgin in blender on the glass?
