I thought the existing jbeam tool (Node Beam Editor) is uncomfortable, so I decided to make new tool. Here is new Jbeam tool im currently making: Advantages: Jbeam Import/Export Export Full Jbeam (Node, Beam, Triangle) Can edit all modifiers with UI Familiar blender controlls etc. What feature I will create: Select Nodes, Beams, Triangles by modifier group Feedback is welcome! Add) I uploaded it on github, but this site blocks me to put all kinds of link so if you want to try it, search Probeam by Adobe12327 on github
This is a HUGE improvement, and may even get me to start modding properly with JBeam. Super excited for this to be developed into a fully operational JBeam maker for parts, vehicles and props. It would make modding much easier for us JBeam noobs. Keep it up man
I never touched BeamNG Jbeam tools or anything near that. No modding experience really, only that tool from RoR back in the day. But i am pretty sure that this one here is very useful.
This is awesome. Finally a new, actually usable jbeam editor. It’s still pretty buggy from my experience but I guess that’ll get better overtime, a proper blender based Jbeam editor is a huge deal for the modding community.
this is really cool. anything that makes it easier for beginners to get better at modding is a good thing imo
@Adobe0626 when i got the node names showing, it gets all laggy? any way you'd be able to optimize it or fix it? --- Post updated --- takes up 22-30% of my cpu with node id's visible
check your all comma, colon in your jbeam file. also, change tab to 4 space bars. no grammerly errors should be made.
