    About mud and scratches, it's obviously a very requested feature so i assume there was some testing achieved, plus there is this WIP mod https://www.beamng.com/threads/dynamic-dirt-mud-demonstration.85511/. If it is in development, how advanced is it ?

    Well with the feature freeze being confirmed, and the fact that Diamondback posted something WIP for the new car, it's safe to assume that we will probably not be getting the new car this update. I think at this point the Covet remaster is the only highly likely vehicle for the update.

    I’m kinda curious, does BeamNG’s engine allow for true explosives, say a bomb?
    It’d be super fun to have some kinda official quality explosive, and would open up the possibility for some hilarious scenarios
    I’m aware of the mods there are, but something official would be amazing for 0.26.

    That would be a fun little easter egg - you're moving the free camera / using the walking mechanic through forests somewhere like ECUSA or the ETK Driver Experience Centre, and you find a little fox poking its nose out of its den. Granted, that's getting a little close to the infamous 'in-game bird-watching' idea, but we now have a migratory bird research station and associated vehicles so ... :confused:

    Of course, if you're talking about having something like the VW Fox, that's another thing entirely.

    If I remember correctly I think one of the Dec maps made Greece for ROR back in the day. So recon it will be Greece. But a Australia map will be amazing as an Aussie. Any new content is amazing.


    Also I think I have a feeling late June early July unless any major issues show Up.

    As tdev said coming weeks. So I think it is the era of teasers and qa branch may Start getting updated.


    A few weeks after a dev said it's not around the corner. Well looks like we have now turned that corner.


    Question is how long is this road.


    Can't wait to get a cover base model remastered. And hopefully a sedan and/or different bodys.

    I was thinking more about the UI and branding more than anything, but something like how a car is designed could be interesting, I remember you guys did something like that for the Vivace right?

    Sorry about the bother, but considering the fact there isn't really an appropriate time or place to ask this question during normal speculation, do you think it's possible to get a revamped Bus AI? Considering the one we currently have is really... iffy.
