I have an Xbox One wired controller with a crappy left stick. I recalibrated it in Steams global controller settings and now it's working much more accurately. But now rumble quit working in BeamNG. I've messed around with Steams settings and the BeamNG settings, but I just can't get rumble working again. Any help please? I'm using Arch Linux Kernel 5.17.7 on i3wm Xorg.

I've attached an image of my BeamNG force feedback controller settings.

Linux is not supported, neither emulators nor not-emulators like wine and alike.
Vibration is not officially supported either. It may kind of work for XBox devices, but is not the kind of vibration you will expect even in that case (hence why it's not supported).
I suggest you go through this checklist or use a supported OS: https://go.beamng.com/inputTroubleshootingGuide
