Looks amazing! Not too complicated and not too simple either! --- Post updated --- If this is the sound of the new Civetta, then it's gonna be really boring for an Italian Supercar. Hope it's just a placeholder and it gets used to a Flat-4 powered car because that's exactly what it sounds like. The 2.0 Flat-4 with the DCT gearshift sounds heard here would be great in the Hirochi SBR4 and in the remastered Sunburst (whenever it comes)! --- Post updated --- V10s sound nothing like this. Even the grumbliest of the grumbliest.
Yes, it's the sound of the 2-liter Flat-4 of the SBR4 (the 2.5 one sounds differently, more raspy) only with a slightly different idle sound and revised DCT gearshift sounds. --- Post updated --- I just realized that the high door sill I noticed when the teaser got out also makes room for the possibility of dihedral doors being used in the new Civetta - a first in BeamNG drive. Hmmmm... --- Post updated --- I also see the Noble M12 in the shape of the glasshouse panes and the Lamborghini Huracan in the way the lines go round and below the rear quarter windows to form the side air vents. But then it may just be me.
as much as i would love to see dihedral doors, it could also be for structural integrity, as targa top vehicles need alot of underbody support to make up for the lack of roof support
Who says its the Civetta's engine? It may be the (or one of the possible) engine for the Mr.Turbo! Personally doesn't sounds close to even a V6, (probably we've heard a i4?)
And the bad news is, last time we heard about ESC tuning, it was from October until December (though ESC tuning has been apparently going on since January - scroll up a tad) TLDR: I got no clue what I'm talking about but I have a keyboard so I used it.
WOW this is stunning. AM not into super cars often but you guys made me hyped. This and a basic Carby Covet gonna make this update worth it wait.
To be fair, last year's Winter Update came out on December 8th, a couple of weeks before the calendar start of winter. Late May to early June is pretty much the cultural start of summer, much like how late November to early December is the cultural start of winter.
You can see the V angle of the cylinder banks at the front of the engine. Probably a 120 Degree V8 similar to the New Mclaren Artura and 298 GTB V6s.
The idea of a 120° V block in game is actually really exciting. That's not something which ever comes up when we are all discussing missing block types
Ibishu doesn't use Flat-4s. And this sound is a bit too refined for it to be used in an 80s vehicle anyways. The 80s Ibishu Inline-4s sound rattly. --- Post updated --- You're right but we're not talking about a normal unibody here, in which you remove the roof and it gets all wobbly. We're talking about a central tub design with front and rear subframes. The central tub has to be sturdy and solid enough to be able to support the Targa version and the subframes play no role on this one.
While the idea of a block with a different angle is new, I don't think 120° is realistic. As far as I understand this doesn't make sense for V8s. I quickly checked the wiki arcticle and it mentions 90°, 60° and 45°.
Besides the obvious car updates, i hope they fixed the AMD CPU Problem. Performance went massive down with 0.24 even with a 5900X..
