Case: Rear end accident leads to chaos, May 9, 1979

Crash Description: A worker was leaving the facility he worked at when one of his coworkers rear ended his Miramar in a Moonhawk, sending the car into the middle of the road. The driver was unconscious from the first impact. When a box truck entering the facility hit the Ibishu, it crushed the drivers side of the car, lost control, and crashed into a tree. When another worker left in his custom Burnside, he drifted out, ending up hitting the brown Moonhawk.

Injuries: The Miramar worker was killed when the box truck hit his car, everyone else except for the box truck driver had minor injuries, the box truck driver had severe injuries.

Safety Information: All cars involved had seatbelts but lacked airbags. All of the cars in the accident got ratings between 2 and 3 stars during the crash tests performed before the crash. The crash was caused because of the box truck driver's lack of attention to the road, combined with the Moonhawk driver applying the brakes to late. No mechanical failures were reported to impact the outcome of the wreck, and the sole cause of the wreck is driver error.

Aftermath: No lawsuit was filed surprisingly, however, a funeral for the Miramar driver was held the following day.

Case: Fatal crash at the Norwegian Forest Rally Championship, July 13th, 2009, 14:00.

Description: A professional rally driver, Alexander Johansen, and his co-driver Anders Pedersen have died in a crash at the Norwegian Forest Rally Championship. While driving on the long straight, Alexander Johansen tried to take a sharp corner too fast and lost control of his Hirochi Sunbusrt rally car, veering off the dirt road and crashing into a tree at high speed. In the accident, Alexander and his co-driver, Anders died in the crash.

Injuries: Alexander suffered both legs blown off, serious head and chest injuries and died. His co-driver Anders was decapitated by a tree branch in the accident and died instantly.

Vehicles Involved: 2009 Hirochi Sunburst Rally.

Aftermath: The race ended after the fatal accident.

Case: Impatient overtake leads to fatal crash on highway. July 10, 1999.

Crash Description: Max Morgan was driving on the highway in his recently restored 1974 Satsuma GT. Meanwhile, John Baker was driving in a 1999 Bruckell Prism behind a 1980 FPS Trapez doing 10 below the speed limit. John attempted to overtake the Trapez by passing it in the oncoming lane. He failed to see Max's Satsuma driving towards him in time, and they collided at around 60 MPH. The Trapez collided with the back of John's Prism right after the initial impact and the driver fell unconscious.

Injuries: John was killed in the impact due to the airbag in his Prism failing, he also wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Max was severely injured, but surprisingly survived despite his car's poor safety.

Aftermath: As soon as the Trapez driver woke up, he dialed 911. Paramedics came and took Max to the hospital, where he made a full recovery. Max was deeply saddened after he learned that his car was destroyed, since it was passed down to him by his father. When Max's parents came back from their vacation and learned what happened, they immediately sued John's family for 40000$ and won. Max used the money from the lawsuit to buy himself a 1972 Hayosiko Ricochet ST.

Case: Drunk driver damages priceless heirloom. May 5, 2020.

Description: John Milton (35) was cruising down the highway in a 1962 Devola Sedan de Elegance passed down from his grandfather. Back when it was new, it was boasted as one of the most stylish, luxurious, technologically advanced, and fastest cars of the early 1960's. John always drove this car carefully, always obeying the speed limit, and never driving the car hard, and he never once crashed in this car. That was about to change as Katy Shodnotdriv (20) was driving drunk in her 1994 ETK K-Series. She drove through an intersection that John was close to without checking to see if anyone was coming, and ended up nearly getting t-boned by John.

Injuries: John got a minor concussion, but was mostly fine thanks the Devola's ahead-of-it's-time safety. Katy was not as lucky, as she sustained moderate neck injuries from the airbag deploying, plus moderate whiplash due to the angle of the crash.

Aftermath: The Devola sustained major damage to the front end, but was repairable. The ETK was totaled. Katy was arrested for DUI and property damage, though she was lucky not to have been killed in the accident. John sued Katy for 1,000,000$ and used the money to fix the Devola, which D and P Industries (the manufacturer of the car) happily offered to produce replacement parts for.

Case: Fatal highway accident, August 17, 2019, 12:04.

Description: 7 car crashed on the Highway.

Injuries: 3 people in the LeGran died, Kosale driver died, 2 passenger survived, 2 people in the 200NX died, 2 people in the Ciceka died, 2 people in the Barstow died, Pessima driver died, 2 people survived, 2 people in the covet died.

Vehicles Involved: 1991 Brcukell LeGran, 2017 Mekotan Kosale, 1994 Ibishu 200NX, 2000 Forge Ciceka, 1970 Gavril Barstow, 2002 Ibishu Pessima, 1985 Ibishu Covet

Location: Matrix Freeway

Aftermath: The LeGran, Kosale, 200NX, Ciceka, Barstow and Covet were totalled, the Pessima was repaired after the accident.

Case: Fatal crash at the 2014 Beamng F1 German Grand Prix, August 21th, 2014, 13:01.

Description: At the 2014 BeamNG F1 German Grand Prix, 6 cars collided, 1 driver suffered minor injuries, 3 driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries and 2 drivers died of their injuries at the scene. The accident was caused by the #4 car braking too suddenly and too hard in the start/finish corner, 3 drivers could not avoid the braking car in time and crashed into it, 2 drivers were blinded by the smoke from the collision and crashed into the other drivers. The accident resulted in all the cars hitting the barrier, some of them airboned, of which the #22 car flew over the barrier and hit another barrier at the next corner. The fatal accident ended the race.

Injuries: #86 and #22 F1 Car driver died, #4, #5 and #53 F1 Car driver suffered serious injuries and #2 F1 Car driver suffered minor injuries.

Case: Fatal crash at the 2015 Formula Volkswagen Australia Championship, February 20, 2015, 12:40.

Description: A fatal accident has occurred at the 2015 Formula Volkswagen Australian Championship. One professional driver, David Smith, was killed in the accident, another professional driver, John Jones, suffered life-threatening injuries and a rookie driver, Peter Williams, suffered serious injuries. The accident happened when Smith was about to overtake Jones, Jones tried to block Smith's overtaking by driving infront of him, but when he drove infront of him, the right front wheel of Smith's car hit the left rear wheel of Jones' car, causing Smith's car to spin, roll over on its side, do 3 somersaults and land upside down. Meanwhile, Jones' car also skidded, hitting Williams' car and the guard rail. The impact caused Jones' car to airbone, he somersaulted 3 times and landed, but the car flipped, went airborne again, somersaulted 2 times and landed on four wheels. Williams' car also hit the guard rail, the car went airborne, somersaulted 3 times and landed, then barrel rolled 4 times and hit Smith's overturned car.

Injuries: Smith suffered fatal head and internal injuries, a broken neck and a broken left leg, Jones suffered critical internal injuries, chest injuries and a broken right arm, Williams suffered serious chest injuries and broke both his legs.

Case: Multi-vehicle collision with 4 vehicles, 4 may 2019, 15:18:47

Description: A driver of a blue ETK W-Series (31) was driving from home to the airport to pick up relatives. At the same time, a passenger (22) was stepping out of a taxi (driver 59). 2 drivers behind him stopped. One of whom were a family (39, 36, 12 and 6) with a dog (3), in a Roth Alpha. The other driver was a 63 year old woman. The ETK driver entered Norte at 73 km/h at a 50 km/h limit road. The driver later stated he might have reached 100 km/h at max, until he saw the stopped cars. He put full brakes, turned right but it was too late. He crashed with 91 km/h into the stationary cars, and came to a rest in front of a cafe.

Injuries: The driver of the ETK was seriously injured, and rushed to hospital. He made a full recovery. The 2 children had minor injuries. The dog miraculously survived, even though the trunk of the Alpha is completely demolished.

Vehicles: 1994 ETK W 2000d, build in Poland, sold as WRT 2494 in Poland in 1994, exported to Italy in 2017 as EW 937TX. 1999 Roth Alpha 2.5, built in Germany, sold as BN 345KG in Italy in 2000, got another owner in 2010. 2006 Bitron B2 HDD, built in France, sold as AM 210VG in Italy in 2006, got another owner in 2013, and another in 2018. 1999 Rayton Median GSE, built in Portugal, sold as AL 868NZ in 1999 to a taxi company.

Damage: Both the ETK and Roth are declared written-off. The damage of the Bitron is €17.387. The damage of the Rayton is €5238. The damage done to the cafe is €966.

Aftermath: The Norte Polizia was in charge of the investigation. All drivers hadn't been drinking alcohol or doing drugs. The ETK driver was eventually found at fault, due to speeding. He was charged €2280 and lost his license. The family of 4 got a new ETK 854i. The taxi company went bankrupt that same year, and the Rayton found a new owner, where it remains to this day. The Bitron was repaired, found 2 new owners before being exported to The Netherlands as L-385-NF. It remains there to this day. The cafe remains open to this day.

Description: Francois and Charlotte were going to ECUSA Airport, because they had to take at evening a plane for Paris. Meanwhile they were overtaking a low-speeding Covet, driven by Grant, a farmer of East Coast, there were incoming a drunk driver on the ETK, Melanie. Trying to miss the car, Francois lost control and crashed against ETK, going then against a guardrail. Grant, shocked by the accident, lost control of his car and crashed against a sand ditch, tipping over 3 times
Injuries: Covet's driver died in hospital for multiple bruises and for an heart attack, Bruckell's driver is slightly injured, passenger is seriously injured. Thanks to security systems, ETK's driver is unharmed
Aftermath: all cars were totalled, and the damage reached the cost of 95000,00$

 

Case: Mulit-car collision due to dangerous driving, 26 April 2022, 11:20:46

Description: A driver (18) is practicing drifting in his custom car built by him and his brother. At the same time, a bus (driver 32) is stopping at a bus stop to let people step out. Other drivers (83 and 44) stop behind him. At 62 mph he saw the queue of cars and slammed the brakes and turned to the left open lane. Unfortunately a van (driver 39) was approaching. The car crashed into the back car. The car crashed into another car and that car crashed into the bus. The van crashed into the 18 y/o car.

Injuries: The 18 y/o was seriously injured. He later died in hospital. The 83 y/o broke multiple bones. 13 passengers, age ranging between 16 and 72, had various injuries.

Vehicles: 1989 Ibishu 200BX, built in Pennsylvania, sold as 3228 HF in Firwood in 1990, got a new owner in 2012, and got another owner in 2020. 2004 Rayton Arrona, built in Oregon, sold as 1353 KK in Firwood in 2004. 1997 Ibishu Pessima LX, built in Pennsylvania, sold as 6171 MN in Firwood in 1997. 2022 Cycjos Capsule Single-deck, built in Vancouver, sold to Firwood Bus as 2107 JZ in 2022. 2001 Gavril H25, built in Oklahoma, sold for BeaMoving as 9219 KU in 2001, sold to BeamBeer in 2019.

Damage: The Ibishu 200BX and the Rayton are written-off. The damage of the Ibishu Pessima is $28992. The damage of the Cycjos is $4127. The damage of the Gavril is $2721.

Location: Unnamed road, Firwood, Maine, United States of America.

Aftermath: The FCPD led the investigation into the crash. The plates on the Ibishu were not on the car. The driver also drank 3 times the legal limit of alcohol. The brother who helped him with the car, which they named Orange Angel, was arrested and sentenced to 2 weeks in jail. The driver of the Pessima had health problems, and after the accident he went to a retirement home, where he lives to this day. The H25 is still in active operation for BeamBeer. The Pessima is now in hands of the son of the ex-driver.

Here's what happens when you exceed the speed limit
Accident Description: A truck driver was just going to pick up the load. He was late and his boss stern. Under pressure from his boss, he decided to accelerate. He was going twice as fast as he should have been. Unfortunately, due to the poor condition of the tires, the tire in the left front wheel exploded. Inexperienced truck driver did not take control of the truck due to excessive speed. He entered the opposite lane. Seeing the moving vehicles, he turned the steering wheel to the right with all his strength and at the same time applied the handbrake. The cars crashed into the trailer.

Injuries: Grand Marshall's driver and his wife were killed on the spot. Moonhawk's driver was badly injured. For several months he was treated in a specialized hospital. It took 2 years for complete recovery.

Aftermath: The families of the injured have sued the truck driver. However, hiring well-known lawyers and revealing the truth about the rush and neglect of the technical condition of trucks and trailers avoided the imprisonment. The boss of a truck driver was sentenced to 10 years in prison for neglecting the technical condition of vehicles and contributing to the death of two people.

Description: At the 2019 memorial Douglass rally, driver Brent Fergussen and Co-driver Frank louis were in a modified Etk-i rally car when Brent tried to drift out the corner which sent the car sliding at 90 kmh and hit the bridge.
injuries: Brent broke all of his bones in the left half and had to amputate his arm, his co driver suffered a few broken bones and suffered a concussion by hitting his head on the dashboard on impact.

Case: Fatal car accident in East Coast, USA, August 28, 2013, 13:45.

Description: 6 cars crashed in the city.

Injuries: In the black car, driver and 2 passenger injured. In the white car, driver and 2 passenger died. In the red car, driver died. In the gray car, driver died. In the blue car, driver died. In the orange car, driver died.

Location: East Coast, USA.

- Analysis:
On July 20, 2021, at about 900 eastern standard daytime, an ETK I-Series sedan, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident in the So California-Nevada Interstate Area, USA. The certified driver was fatally injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.

Multiple witnesses who were driving on the same highway reported that the vehicle seemed normal all the way up to the accident location, they observed the vehicle gradually veer to the right, no counter action was taken by the driver and the vehicle went down a ravine.

Examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. First responders reported that the driver was wearing his seatbelt when they arrived on the scene, but he unresponsive.

The autopsy revealed that the driver suffered a heart attack and passed away before impact. Toxicology testing performed on the driver at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs.

- Probable Cause:

• The incapacitating effects of an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), which resulted in the loss of control and departure from the travel lane.

Case: Careless driver crashes into a stopped vehicle, June 1, 2022

Crash Description: A rich influencer was speeding through the parking lot in his brand new Civetta Scintilla, while paying little to no attention to his surroundings. His car hit a bus picking up passengers at a speed between 40-70 miles per hour. Emergency services were notified when the supercar's safety systems called 911.

Injuries: The Civetta driver suffered minor injuries, but could walk away. Fortunately, no one on the area of the bus impacted was injured, mainly because there was no one on the bus at that time.

Cars Involved: 1996 Wentward DT40L, 2022 Civetta Scintilla

Aftermath: The bus, which had been operating after the date of its scheduled retirement, was repaired, retired, and sold at auction to a dealer in California, where it would stay until it was involved in an accident on June 15, ultimately destroying the vehicle. The Civetta was deemed totaled, and further inspection of the crash deemed the passenger in the car would be severely injured due to the airbag not deploying in crash test scenarios, resulting in 5000 Scintillas recalled across the entire United States, and the recall would severely damage the Civetta brand's reputation

Case: Loss of control, February 9, 2022

Crash Description: One of Cherrier's racing team drivers, who will remain anonymous, was participating in the 2022 New Zealand Hillclimb race, when his car hit a rock less than halfway up the mountain, sending the car into the air, with the car's airborne journey ending on a nearby guardrail. Fortunately, no spectators were involved in this accident, and race officials immediately halted the event to prevent further crashes.

Injuries: The driver was uninjured, but he was terrified as he thought his car would go over the guardrail and fall down the mountain.

Cars Involved: 2021 Cherrier Vivace (Hillclimb)

Aftermath: After the crash, the race was stopped for the rest of the day, and other drivers went the following morning. However, this course would be proved fatal when an accident took the life of a driver when he was involved in an accident with him and other racers avoiding a hazard on the track.

Case: Motorsports Wreck, February 10, 2022

Crash Description: The second round of the New Zealand Hillclimb Competition was occurring today. In the beginning of the race, the first driver, Ken Hirochi, a 44 year old from Japan, was driving the Hirochi Competition SBR4 when he lost control of his car, crashing into a barrier. Another driver, Fred Hirochi, was driving his personal Sunburst Hillclimb car when he tried to avoid the crashed SBR4, but failed, ending up going sideways into the barrier. Another driver, Brent Augette, in the Cherrier Motorsports Vivace, saw the wreck, tried to avoid it, but ended up running into a nearby barrier. The last car, a racing Civetta Scintilla, driven by the grandson of Antonio Civetta, Feruccio Civetta, lost control, ending up ramming the SBR4 and Sunburst. The race was immediately called off, with medical personnel arriving in a few minutes.\

Injuries: Ken Hirochi died from the wreck. Brent and Fred had minor injuries. Feruccio was uninjured, but traumatized. It was discovered Ken was the only driver not using a HANS device

Case: Fatal car crash in East Coast, USA, May 27, 2022, 12:44.

Description: 8 cars crashed on the highway.

Injuries: 200BX driver died, Hopper driver died, Scintilla driver died, 854t driver and 2 passenger injured, H35 driver and 1 passenger died, 4 passenger injuried, Bastion driver and 1 passenger died, 1 passenger survived, Barstow driver died, DT40L driver and 18 passenger injured, 3 passenger died.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Case: Losing control leads to pileup, March 4, 2019

Crash Description: Jerry, a young mechanic for an auto repair shop, was testing one of his clients cars when he lost control of it, sending it off the road, into the dirt, and ending its journey on its wheels. Suddenly, Phil, a 43 year old tourist, was speeding in the area of the crash, when he saw the crashed car, and attempted to slow down, before hitting the front of it, causing it to roll back. A third driver, Michael, was driving his new SUV with his friends, and when he was talking to someone in the rear seat, he was not paying attention to the road, crashing into the wrecked Bastion.

Injuries: Jerry somehow walked away with minor injuries. Phil was not wearing a seatbelt, as it was broken, resulting in more severe injuries. Michael and the front passenger seat occupant had minor injuries, while the rear seat occupants were uninjured. It is a miracle none of the cars did not fall off the cliff.

Aftermath: The Bastion was deemed totaled, and Jerry was treated on site by paramedics. Phil had to be transported to the hospital, and he died of his injuries a week later. Michael and his friend were treated on site. Phil's truck did not have insurance, so it was repossessed and crushed the following day. Michael's 4Runner was towed to the dealership, where it was later repaired. Michael eventually bought 2 more 4Runners, a 1999 SR5 and a 2006 Limited V8, and eventually made videos on these cars. Jerry was fired from his job the following day, and eventually became a taxi driver
