Visual Steering limit

I'm using controller and would like to limit the visuals of the steering wheel buzzing around from the drivers view.
I thought it was in the options to give it a 1:1 steering in the binding for the for the steering thumbstick. I set the limit to 180deg to match the thumbstick movement yet in game it still rotated the steering wheel the full 900...

Any ideas?

The steering wheel will always rotate as much as the simulated vehicle allows. There are no plans to break this behaviour and show unrealistic steering angles. Your only option is to replace the vehicle's steering rack with a quick ratio one (such as those used for rallying), if such a steering rack is available for your particular car.

The "1:1" feature is an unrelated feature. 1:1 is intended to make sure your USB steering wheel rotates in sync with what the simulated steering wheel does, that's all. It will not change how the steering simulation works.

It's certainly not a game breaker issue and I fully understand the reasoning behind it etc. It takes a bit getting used to with the wheel doing multiple turns when you only have short motion on the gamepad sticks. I'll live
