You Forgot Ryan Preece, 2019 was his rookie season and he raced for JTG. Tyler Reddick also raced a Chevy in 2019 and ran a 3rd RCR car part time in the 31, though idk if your focusing on part timers.
This is the Preece car that’ll be in the pack, because I’ll be honest, the one he mainly ran is out of my ability to recreate from scratch (just too many things going on that I’m having a really hard time getting it to resemble the real life one). I have no plans to put Reddick in the 2019 pack, mainly just the full timers, and part timers who A: won a race (Haley) B: had a major crash/highlight (Gaughan) or C: pretty much ran the full schedule (at least 24 of the 36 races, Chastain and Sorenson) If y’all can think of more that’d fit the criteria I based, or would just be super simple to paint (even if it was just 1-2 races) I could be convinced to add them
Jimmie Johnson's throwback Ally car will be in the 2019 pack, not his regular black one, since theres one already included with the original mod
The one that came with Solar's mod is the 2020 Ally car, there are subtle differences between the 2 but I understand, also the throwback car was way better than any of the black ally cars, I'm glad you went with the throwback car.
I know its the 2020 one but theyre both still just a black ally car to me, it took halfway into 2020 before i even noticed they changed the design --- Post updated --- For the 2019 skin pack, Chase Elliott is the only one with 2 skins His Talladega winning Little Caesar's car, and his Martinsville Mtn Dew car

The 2019 Skins are done, here is the pack! What should the next one be? I'm thinking of a 2000s season pack (maybe 2006)...
I could do that next, I think I will do 2018 then 2020, after that I may do some other seasons from the 90s or 00s. I'm going to take a few days to play with my new pack and enjoy it too, then I will be getting started on it, so expect some updates on the 2018 pack in the next week
