May I ask, why are you saying the same thing over and over again when no one else seems to have the same problem and it's probably a issue on your end?

If your POSTFX settings are broken it may mess up the dynamic reflection. Try resetting the postFX or delete any custom settings you have.

The first and the third ones are already in the mod, and the second one as far as i know is already working in progress. So did that answers your questions? Can you maybe now stop clogging other people's threads?
Any chance that the mirror flashers, grille flashers and rear windshield flashers will become optional? They look very weird when paired with the retro lightbars and trim
I know this has already been mentioned previously about the glitched 12 & 20 Slot Steel Wheels not showing up, but that ZMH_Gamer guy...I just couldn't stand reading his crap. I looked at all of the replies though, and I tried deep cleaning my cache even though I wasn't missing any textures and they didn't show up. I don't know anything about the wheel offset either that was also mentioned. I didn't find anything else explaining this issue, so some help would be appreciated.
Maybe try re-downloading and reinstalling the mod? Also make sure to do the deep cache cleaning instead of the standard one.
Let's see, I joined this community on Aug 15, 2018 and I just realized that you can click on the version of the mod and not the zip file. I was about to say it didn't work, but it does work, and the wheels are wonderful! I scanned so hard on this thread to find something to tell me where I went wrong, but it was just the Version 1.5 highlighted in blue right in plain sight, didn't even have to scroll! Here's me thinking the zip file is always updated. I appreciate the help! Also, I did do the deep cache clearing, I was just wondering why that didn't work.
