Are you talking about the GTA Vice City mod? Because if so, I don't think the model looks similar. Although it does remind me of a DeLorean model that I've seen before in San Andreas, so it's possible that it's using that

It has been said over & over that there will be no BTTF version released but this quote from the OP indicates that if someone feels capable of making one themselves they are free to do so as long as permission is asked before uploading. Just wanted to point it out.
I've spoken with someone who used to be friends with the creator of the mod, and the BTTF versions really weren't gonna be anything super special. If you want a really good DeLorean time machine experience, I suggest downloading the GTA 5 mod
You are all kinds of wrong... There were promises that the mod would have all BTTF versions possible and that they would be able to time travel, and there is evidence that there was a lot of effort put into them, they were far from "nothing special" bruh
